Where do we go from here?

As time progressed, artificial colors changed the way we nourished our bodies. It sparked a chemical war we were unaware we were engaged in, and now we are reverting to a food industry that utilizes nature as its canvas. Brightly colored candies are now being recreated, and by the year 2027, food and drug companies are going to have to reformulate their products so they don't have red dye #3.

You are the future

It seems we are on the right track, doesn't it? Yes, but to continue, everyone must stop eating foods with these harmful chemicals. I know the task may sound like a challenge, and for some it is, but remember you're making the change to create a healthier future for yourself and your family. You may be unsure how to proceed, and that's fine. Transitioning to a clean lifestyle may seem daunting, but approach it incrementally. Start with a small treat such as candy and find an alternative brand that offers a safer way to eat those foods. Encourage yourself to eat a fruit once a day; if that's too hard, try once a week or a month to help support your new journey. Remember to go at the pace that feels comfortable for you, and remember your reason for making the switch. You're supporting yourself now and in the future when you choose a healthier alternative.
